Why am I seeing an 'Invalid data' warning?
This message appears when the system detects irrational or incomplete data that prevents accurate calculation or display of KPIs, graphs, or sustainability indicators on your dashboard.
To ensure reliable insights, the platform requires complete and realistic data for at least the past 12 months across all key areas of your farm operations.
How to resolve the issue?
Follow these steps to fix the problem and unlock your dashboards:
1. Go to Data Management
Navigate to Farm data in the left-hand menu.
Select Data management.
2. Review and complete all relevant data
Ensure that all data is complete and realistic for at least the past 12 months in these areas:
Herd: Number of cows per animal category over time.
Milk: Monthly milk production records.
Ration: Feed rations provided to different animal categories.
Fields: Applications (e.g., fertilizer, manure) and harvests.
Purchases and sales: All relevant transactions, including feed and fertilizer inputs, or manure outputs.
3. Return to your dashboards
Go to to any dashboard via the left-hand menu.
Click the 'Calculate dashboards' button in the blue information banner.
After processing, your updated dashboards will be displayed.
